We had a completely awful stay. We arrived around midnight and found the bathroom door handle broken; as soon as we closed the door it locked and we couldn't open it. We were stuck for 10 HOURS without bathroom access because the office only works from 9 AM to 9 PM, and there was no emergency contact number. Being trapped in the middle of the night with no help was a nightmare. The whole experience was extremely stressful and we barely slept. The mattress was hard and the pillows terrible, adding to the misery. Management offered no apology or any meaningful gesture, showing a lack of professionalism, responsibility, and hospitality. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable, so we had to leave and find another place. A broken door handle, no emergency help, 10 hours without a bathroom, bad sleeping conditions, and zero consideration for guests – this is completely unacceptable.

The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The location was excellent, halfway between the old town and the railway station. Getting into the room was too complicated.

It was close to public transport, and entering the apartment was easy. The bed was comfortable and large, the bathroom was fine, and there was soap and shower gel. We also had a balcony. We were asked if we wanted free towel changes, we agreed, but unfortunately that never happened.

Pozione ottima. Staff gentilissimo e possibilità di accedere alla struttura in modo pratico e veloce. Pulizia della camera top. Dalle 22 alle 8 è obbligatorio fare silenzio nella camere. Purtroppo i clienti della stanza accanto non hanno rispettato l'obbligo e alle 7 c'era un po' di confusione. Questo non è assolutamente colpa della gestione, ma delle persone maleducate
