The staff were very friendly, but the hotel itself is mediocre and feels old‑fashioned without any charm.

The staff were super nice. We arrived at 21:00 (a spontaneous booking 30 minutes earlier) and were still served after 1.5 hours. The breakfast was truly authentic Moroccan and delicious. The pool had just been refilled and was clean; we were alone there. We could chat with the host about Morocco and nearby sights. We stayed in the summer but didn’t find it too hot; the dry heat here is different and easier to tolerate. I can only recommend this hotel.
