The hotel located in heart of Chiang Mai Old City. Near the hotel you can have many restaurants, bar, massages, laundries, rent a cars and travel agencies. The room was great with comfy bed, very clean and friendly staff that can help if neccessary. Our room also had outstanding views on the mountain and internal garden

The room was upgraded at no extra cost, but the frogs kept me up at night and the water pressure was weak.

Location, staff, cleanliness, atmosphere, pool area. The pool bar tender could have been a little more dedicated to service instead of being on his phone.
