We showed up on April 19 ready to check‑in, only to be told the reservation had been cancelled because the hotel’s management had changed. They promised a refund for the night we’d already paid for back in February, yet we never saw the money returned. It felt like a blatant lack of professionalism and a disregard for guests.

The location is fantastic, right where you want to be, but the parking situation is a nightmare – only five spots for ten studios, and it’s first‑come‑first‑served. After a change in management they tried to pull my booking, forcing me to handle everything outside the usual app, and the new staff weren’t helpful at all. The studio itself is basic with just a mini‑fridge, microwave and two‑person dishware, and the pool has no steps, making access awkward.

We felt right at home thanks to the warm hospitality – everything was new, spotless, and of solid quality, from the comfy bed and good shower to the TV with media, mini‑fridge, microwave, and strong AC. The cascade pool was sparkling clean, and Guilherme was super friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. We’ll definitely be back.
