I paid extra for the spot—right next to the old town and port, and every restaurant is within walking distance. The parking is a 5‑10 minute walk away. Breakfast vouchers at the bar next door were decent, and the terrace was nice. The place feels very dated and pricey compared to other Puglia options, but you get the location. It would be helpful if they simply supplied coffee.

L emplacement est juste dingue, sur une petite place entourée de restos, petits commerces, mais sans voiture et a 1 min à pied des portes de la vieille ville et a 20 sec de la mer.! Une terrasse commune en roof top avec une magnifique vue en plus L accueil par le propriétaire lui même est très agréable et a répondu à toutes nos demandes de renseignements et d aide! Merci encore. Le logement n a pas de parking dédié, mais avec la carte de résident, on peut se garer dans les rues a côté sans payer

The location, cleanliness, and organization were spot‑on—Giuseppe was super polite, helpful, and always available for any information. Breakfast at the bar, which is practically adjacent to the property on the beautiful sea‑view street, was good. The balcony view is wonderful.

Excellent location, clean environment, and the staff—especially owner Mr. Luigi—were very helpful. What disappointed us was the car parking service: it was a bit absurd, largely due to poor municipal organization. Guests have to scramble to find a spot, often far from the property, because the city hasn’t allocated specific streets or reserved areas for the hotel.
