“I am a senior citizen (but don't want to take advantage of same) the stay at the resort was terrible”
Staff and restaurant food were highlights, but that's about it - facilities were a letdown. I booked a two-bedroom villa, but got a one-bedroom place with a pull-out sofa in the living room and zero space for luggage. It was such a nightmare that I ended up cutting my stay short, rescheduling my flight at a hefty cost. To make matters worse, they couldn't even print me a bill since their printer was on the fritz, so I paid up just to get out of there without a hassle.
