“For my travel purposes good location and off street parking but room is what you pay for”
The hotel’s location let me park my car in the off‑street lot and walk to everything I needed in Auckland, but there was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway and the pillows were under‑stuffed. The bed was worn and the mattress springs had seen better days.

Ordinary but great value for money, and the location is excellent.

Its location is fabulous and by far the cheapest in the area; if you just want a cheap bed in a great spot it’s great, but it’s pretty tired and feels more like a nice hostel.
The staff were quick and helpful when I checked in late at night, and the off‑street parking was convenient.
