“Muy acompañados”
The staff treated us exceptionally well.
The cleaning was excellent, although the breakfast was rather basic.
I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's excellent beds, delicious breakfast, and secure parking. The staff, particularly Jose, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The pool and outdoor terrace were also lovely, and the room's minibar and bathroom were well-appointed. However, the prices for drinks were quite steep, with a Pisco Sour costing around $11 and a beer around $6 – a bit too much for my taste.
“SEMANA SANTA MOQUEGUA”
The facilities were very good and the team was always attentive and friendly, but the pillows need improvement.
I really appreciate how the whole staff, especially the two women at the front desk, listened to my complaints about the constant noise from the young footballers acting like big gentlemen, discussed the issue and found fair solutions; I can only thank them warmly because I’ve experienced some unpleasant things in this city of bandits and people completely indifferent to tourists—AREQUIPA, YOU DISHONOR PERU. The noise and the shamelessness of the little football roosters and their arrogant coach in the elevator were a huge nuisance.
