The vibe of the place was wow, perfect for taking pictures. The food was bad, so we complained. The chef personally attended to us, but the quality of what we were served stayed below normal. When we left they said they had something special for us, which turned out to be their leftover breakfast dishes that really touched us. We even offered that food to the monkeys on the way. Also, the mattresses were poor.

The location, facilities, and staff were great. The rooms, in‑room dining, and housekeeping were very, very slow and not clean.

The location was excellent, close to the river, waterfall, and wildlife. The hotel culture was very welcoming, and the welcome and farewell were very good. Service from the ground level up to the upper floors was excellent, the food was delicious, and everything else was perfect.

The whole property offered serenity and an incredible nature experience. The rooms were old and could use a thorough deep cleaning and maintenance for wear and tear.
