We chose this hotel for a ladies’ trip with a bachelorette party and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The setting in the middle of the mountains is gorgeous, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very cozy. We really enjoyed the restaurant’s pleasant atmosphere. A big bonus was the outdoor pool with loungers and umbrellas. We were lucky to have almost the pool to ourselves, so we could fully enjoy the whole day. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay and can only recommend the hotel. The only drawback was dinner for one of us: the steak we ordered was far from medium‑rare, it was basically raw inside. The waitress acknowledged the mistake and said the friend would not have to pay for such a dish. We were even more surprised at checkout when the staff seemed unaware of the situation and insisted on payment. What disappointed us most was that there appeared to be no communication between shifts, which unnecessarily spoiled an otherwise very pleasant visit.

A great spot to unwind. The surroundings are nice for walks. Breakfast is decent, with a cappuccino made behind the bar. The mattress is comfortable – I slept very well.

I had a mixed experience at this family-run resort. The owners and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home with their personal approach. However, I felt that the wellness facilities didn't quite live up to the price, as the small space was quite chilly. Additionally, I noticed a few areas that needed some maintenance, like the bathroom showerhead and door handle.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the delightful dinner with sturgeon and the pleasant music. The breakfast was also excellent, and the soft bedding made for a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, I didn't have any negative experiences to note, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.
