It’s just 150 m from BTS and Phong, super convenient, with a small 7‑Eleven across the street for essentials, the hotel is quiet and calm, the reception staff are great, and the bellhops are very helpful.

The hotel was within a five‑minute walk from BTS Phromphong station, and the surrounding area offered plenty of Thai and Japanese eateries, making transport and meals extremely convenient; the room even had a washing machine, which was a huge plus for a long stay, and nearby Naraya, a shopping centre and authentic Thai‑style massage places made the location superb. The washing machine worked, but it couldn’t dry, so we had to use a dryer on the 2nd or 8th floor that required 30 THB coins – and since we only had bills we needed to exchange them, which the front desk couldn’t do, forcing us to collect coins at a convenience store or during daytime shopping, a real hassle, plus we wished for a place to hang laundry. We stayed in room 434 and noticed that when the outdoor unit of the living‑room air‑conditioner started up it generated a loud noise, so we had to turn it off at night, and the bedroom unit alone couldn’t cool the whole living area, so a repair would be much appreciated for future guests.
