I appreciated the politeness of the staff team at the venue; even when they couldn’t solve a specific issue, their demeanor made me feel at ease. The flat’s bathrooms all had a constant bad odor that the service staff tried to eliminate multiple times, yet it persisted—likely due to the gas exit point of the soakpit/gutter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay positive. The hotel is about 25 minutes from SRM University, and Uber, Blinkit, and Swiggy were easy to get, adding convenience. I stayed in a two‑bedroom apartment with a balcony, but only the bedrooms had air conditioning. Because it was hot in Chennai, we spent most of our time in the bedrooms, which affected the overall experience. The bathroom fixtures also looked a bit old and worn. Aside from those issues, the stay was comfortable.

“No privacy from the main door, since the Wooden Doors were cracked”

The rooms were spacious, but the main door in Room 408 was cracked, compromising privacy. Mosquitoes were a problem, taps leaked water, and the breakfast wasn’t complimentary for the price paid.
