The rooms matched the photos and the location in Punat is great. The check‑in at the bar felt a bit odd and unfriendly, the lounge was a bit untidy and the fridge was almost full so hardly usable, and the view from the room window was just piles of trash and bins.

The accommodation feels cozy and beautiful, right in the city center with plenty of nearby restaurants and activities. The beach is about a 5‑minute walk, a supermarket a 10‑minute walk, and a pebble beach 20 minutes away; a push‑cart helped us get around with the kids, cooler, and other gear. Parking right outside the door is a bit scarce, but if you’re lucky you can find one, and parking with a card is free. During our week there was a three‑day festival with loud music until about midnight; it didn’t bother us, but it could disturb quieter guests.

The central location in Punat and the cleanliness are positives. Parking is extremely difficult, there’s no fridge in the room, the common area is dirty, and there is a fridge in the common area. We also lacked a small wardrobe to store our stuff. The room was very small, though the listing didn’t specify its size.
