The staff were friendly and courteous. When the A/C unit kicked on, a faint dog smell drifted in; relatives on the same floor suffered a strong dog odor that forced them to take allergy medication the entire stay. Are there hotels that truly ban pets? It’s becoming a challenge to locate them.

The place was very clean, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable in a nice atmosphere. The room layout felt a bit odd because of the sofa bed.

Everything was super clean and the staff were incredibly friendly! Nothing else to complain about.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was neat and clean, though the curtain chain snapped while trying to raise the shade. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast area was excellent with friendly staff. The dog‑walking area was too close to a road for my taste; overstimulated dogs never finished their “tasks.”
