“I was very disappointed. I have stayed at Super 8 in different locations and always enjoyed my stay”

I skipped breakfast and the room was clean, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. The door lock didn’t work properly and I had to call someone twice to open it. The website claimed every room had a coffee maker, but it didn’t, which was crucial for me. The staff on the first day were unfriendly and made me feel like a nuisance, whereas the lady on the second day was much nicer. I booked three nights but left after the second, and I won’t stay there again.

The price and location are solid. The place felt run down and more working‑class; the carpets could be swapped for cleaner vinyl flooring. We were a party of four but only received two towels, two washcloths, and one hand towel.

“shabby but clean”

The room was shabby but clean, and I had to request a desk chair.

The location is fine. There was no chair to sit on, the TV failed intermittently, the floor had stains, the lamps lacked shades, there was no refrigerator, and the breakfast selection was very poor.

The location is good. The carpet was stained, the toilet seat was loose, there was no extra chair, and there was nothing for breakfast.
