I didn’t get the room I thought I had booked. The front desk said it should have been a king‑size, but I only received a double. When the AC was turned on, a musty odor filled the room. An alarm in the hallway started beeping four successive beeps beginning at 4 am until we finally got up.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and the location convenient. The directions were a bit confusing at first, but once I found the hotel, everything was fine.

The staff was nice. Especially the lady who does breakfast. She is so sweet. Facilities were dingy/dirty. White doors had what looked like black grease on them or just worn down and looked gross. Toilet/sink water ran off and on all night in my room which kept me up, and the bed weren’t very comfortable. Definitely not an Ordinary Hampton stay feeling. I love Hampton but this one was not so great. This room was pricey for a 3 night stay and I was disappointed with the state of the hotel

The location was good. However, the first room I checked into had dirty food bags left behind, and the second room came with a dirty bath towel hanging in the bathroom. The towel was white with black handprints and was soiled.

It was my first time staying here, and the room was nice. After returning from a function and getting ready for bed, I went to the bathroom to shower; while using the sink, the pipe under it fell off and water splashed everywhere, forcing me to change rooms. The second room wasn’t as nice as the first, but I was fine because I was leaving the next morning. The property itself was fine.
