Location, great balcony friendly staff and very adequate facilities. Bed was on the hard side
The hotel is close to the city center, clean, and downstairs there’s a long‑standing Vietnamese soy milk shop. Because it faces the main street, it’s still loud even when closed, probably due to a nearby hospital with frequent ambulance traffic, and at night some people run past the station, creating a lot of noise. The external sounds are also very noticeable inside the room, so the soundproofing is poor.

The room view is beautiful, the VIP room has two fronts, and the staff are very sweet, polite, and attentive. I heard that on that day it was my son’s birthday, so he received a small gift. The bed is wide and comfortable, so I slept soundly. The area around XUng Quang is full of snack stalls, late‑night eateries, a pharmacy, and laundry services, all convenient. The market and Xuân Hương Lake are about a 15‑minute walk, or a 5‑minute ride on a motorbike. The bathroom is spacious and nice, with a bathtub, but the curtain design is awkward, making it hard to close and it tends to open.
