The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. When my credit card didn't work, they went out of their way to assist me and eventually resolved the issue. My only minor complaint was that video calls via WhatsApp didn't work, but I could still send messages.

I've been a regular visitor to this hotel whenever I visit Cilegon with my family, and I always appreciate its cleanliness, despite the rooms being a bit small. However, I wish they had a more varied breakfast menu.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, the breakfast spread was somewhat limited, which was a bit of a letdown.
