Finding the hotel was a breeze, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good and included, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the place was quiet and pleasant. The rooms were large, with clean, comfortable beds, but there was no café, no lunch service, the pool could use better cleaning and a heater, and some room areas need improvement.

The facilities were beautiful and spacious, the gardens were nice, and the setting felt very rural and enjoyable. For the three days we stayed, we never had hot water for showers, always met with apologies, and neither the receptionist nor the administrator seemed to care or were noticeably unwilling to help.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The kitchen staff, reception, and security were all very friendly; overall the service was top‑level and I have no complaints, in fact I praise the hotel management for clearly caring about the guest relationship. The Wi‑Fi signal was weak, the network was down most of the time, and my data didn’t work well—perhaps an operator issue.

The people at the venue are lovely, the place is huge, comfortable, and centrally located. Nothing to complain about.
