The flat was a pleasant surprise – it came with its own garden, giving us a lot of privacy, and the interior felt really comfortable. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and found the space just right for a short stay.

This place feels like a slice of heaven: a well‑equipped kitchen, a super comfy bed, and a peaceful waterside setting. Paula and Johan were warm and responded quickly to any questions. We left wishing we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back.

Beautiful spot if you enjoy peace and nature. Johan and Paula were incredibly friendly, and Paula even baked us some tasty muffins right before we left, which was a nice surprise.

The ground‑floor unit faces the fjord and is very quiet, with comfortable beds, spotless rooms, laundry facilities, and a fully stocked kitchen. The price felt a bit steep compared to other options on Vancouver Island, and the entry area where the dining table sits had a noticeable musty smell. Heating is done with a blower in the entry and living room, which can get irritating after a while.
