The location was great for the festival, but the room lacked sockets, so I couldn’t charge my devices. The bathroom also needed updating, as did the lighting.

I was able to check in online, and there was nothing I disliked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are remodeling the rooms and we got an updated room. It was very nice, the bed and pillows were both very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. We look forward to staying next time we are in the area

The breakfast was good, and the overall stay was great, but the refund process was disappointing at best. We finally got the issue sorted out after a month, yet the customer service throughout was very poor.

I was pleasantly surprised by the new management's exceptional hospitality. They were warm and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, I did notice that the hotel's facilities could use some improvement.
