“Riesiger Mangel im Badezimmer!”
The location and staff were friendly, and the room was large and clean, but the bathroom was a huge disappointment for a 4‑star hotel: the hot‑and‑cold taps were unlabeled, one tap didn’t work properly, the bathtub stopper stuck and had to be pulled out by hand, the shower hose was too short for the large tub and the curtain too small, causing the bathroom to flood quickly; breakfast was also very poor; the worst issue was the shower—its faulty or hard‑to‑operate valve and high water pressure made the shower head swing uncontrollably and hit my wife’s head and face, injuring her, which is a safety problem; the room itself was good, but because of the bathroom I cannot recommend this hotel.
