The spot is spot on, and the staff are super helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious enough for the whole family. But the rain seeped in through the window seam, making a constant dripping noise all night, leaving the floor wet and moldy near the window. The shower box also couldn't handle the water flow, leaking and leaving the bathroom soggy.

The employee who served me was rude and seemed stressed; when I asked about sports channels in the room, he claimed he didn’t know. I told him I expected someone to know, and then I asked if breakfast was on the top floor; he said he would get back to me later. It’s absurd to keep someone like that on the front desk.

The location was fine. I booked through Booking six months ahead, but the hotel didn’t honor the original rate, forcing me to pay more due to alleged cost increases.

Everything was great from the reservation onward, with excellent communication from the staff who were super polite and attentive. The location is excellent, right next to the shopping mall. We booked a family room that was very spacious and comfortable, giving it a 10. The breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the poor acoustics; I could hear noises from the rooms below or above, not sure which.
