I stayed at a lovely hotel in the North Yorkshire Moors national park and wish we had more time to enjoy it. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the décor is nice and the place is well maintained, making for a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was good, and it served as a great base for exploring the moors on foot or by car, with beautiful scenery and very quiet surroundings. Nothing was lacking; everything was great.

The food was very good once you realized the portions were huge, so you ordered accordingly. Breakfast was excellent, featuring plain yogurt and unsweetened muesli, and the kippers and smoked salmon options were great.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Mallyann hotel, the hotel was spotless, the food was excellent and the staff were very polite and most helpful, we will definitely be staying there again,. There was nothing that we didn't like
