The guesthouse is solid – the chalets are big and comfortable, breakfast is generous and they try to cut waste. Set in a quiet, leafy spot that feels peaceful. The only hitch was the slow Wi‑Fi, but it didn't really ruin my stay.

The place was spotless, roomy and comfy, with a pool, sauna and even a fireplace that added a nice touch. I couldn't find anything to complain about – everything worked as it should.

The suite had a great layout – a strong hot shower, a working jacuzzi, a king‑size bed, and a fireplace that stayed lit while we could hear the waterfall at night. César was especially attentive, making the stay even nicer. We liked everything about it.

Service was outstanding and the breakfast was tasty, even if it didn't look exactly like the pictures. Room service was prompt, the bathtub was nice and the heated bed was a pleasant surprise. On the downside, the price felt high for what was offered; the pool and sauna were in poor condition, the game room was dusty and empty, and the outdoor area showed signs of neglect, making the overall value questionable.

I liked the natural setting, the fireplace and the bathtub that added a relaxing vibe. Unfortunately the rooms felt poorly cleaned and the fixtures are old and in need of a refresh.
