The staff went above and beyond, handling everything with care, and the common areas were perfect for meeting new people, plus the parties were fantastic. The only downside was that the rooms had a pleasant smell.

A lively hostel with plenty of activities and social life, mainly aimed at foreigners, as most guests were American or European. The location is a downside; it’s tiring to go back and forth to the hostel because it’s on Santa Ana hill.

The bar was top‑class, the reception staff were excellent, and the Peru hop team made every day trip hassle‑free. OSCAR at reception was especially great, checking us out quickly and offering a place to stash our bags; I’d definitely recommend staying at Wild Rover.

The receptionist, especially Jose, was friendly and super efficient, answering all my questions. Everything else was fine.
