The location was great and easily reachable. The cleanliness in the hotel was catastrophic. One of the two booked rooms was on the ground floor and absolutely uninhabitable, with a stale smell and a tiny window. The second room was very dirty and despite claimed cleaning nothing was done. Unfortunately two of the travelers had to move to another hotel.

The hotel’s location was good. The room and bathroom were not clean, everything was quite old, and it’s not recommended. We heard everything from the neighbour.

It hadn’t been renovated for a long time, the bathroom was shabby with peeling paint. First floor, no lift. The reception was not staffed upon arrival, only a way to call at the door to get the key and access from a key box. The information on the website was very unclear. It urgently needs renovation.

I had to pay for the overnight stay again on site, even though the booking was paid through the platform; there was no toilet paper and the room was not really clean.
