The location was great. The door’s padlock required a fourth‑digit code, which was inconvenient.

The location was fine. Customer service and housekeeping were very poor.

The place is in a good spot. They present themselves as a hotel, but it’s really more like a room rental—there’s no housekeeping, no in‑room coffee service that a hotel would normally offer, the administration knows nothing and all communication is with the host, making it a strange hybrid. It shouldn’t be marketed as a hotel.
