The price and convenience were good, with nice casinos and restaurants. The Lake Charles beach was terrible 😩.

Everything was perfect. Nothing was lacking.

The pool was nice, but the AC leaked onto the floor, making the room especially dirty around the pull‑out. Front desk staff were rude and there were no alternative rooms available.

The place was clean and had a relaxing vibe. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub, and the room was lovely with a great layout. Breakfast offered a wide range of options and the staff were amazing.
