“Such an ideal spot to stay in Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again!”

We spent the first five days in Japan with an apartment that felt like our own, spacious and comfortable, and the two bathrooms were a real bonus. The location was spot‑on—quiet enough, yet close to great restaurants and several subway stops. The downside was the steep stairs right before the door, which made getting in and out a bit of a hassle, and the lock code was not intuitive at first, causing a brief panic until we got the hang of it.

The location is excellent, close to the metro, and even though the apartment is small it’s very comfortable and reasonably priced with the current Yen exchange. It was clean and had everything needed. We slept on a Japanese‑style mattress on the floor, and the kids on futons, exactly as shown in the listing, so no surprise. It was an experience we loved, but be aware that it’s not a “normal” bed with legs. The stairs in this building (and most of Tokyo) are steep due to space constraints; there’s no elevator, so if you have mobility issues you might want to choose another place.

“Un endroit agréable et calme.”

Getting in is easy with the codes on the front doors. The apartment is comfy and functional in a small three‑storey building. The bathroom is nicely sized with a bathtub and shower. The décor is tasteful and relaxing. There’s no storage for clothes, no bedside lamp at the bed, and the air‑conditioning is unusable because it’s not maintained—dusty parts fell onto the bed.
