The terrace is huge and the view is sensational. The place is very clean, freshly renovated, and the host is nice, making you feel at home. It’s a bit noisy from nearby traffic and the parking spots are specific, but overall it’s a great spot.

Everything was perfect. The family running the place are wonderful and made us feel like long‑term friends, offering great local tips and showing us nearby beaches popular with locals. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the terrace seating was comfy with beautiful views. Our room was spacious, air‑conditioned, and the bathroom had all the essentials plus a large shower. The location is quiet and peaceful with great vistas. A few minutes’ drive takes you to the small town of Fertilia, which has a supermarket, restaurants, free parking, and a seafront. About 15 minutes by car is the big town of Alghero, a great destination. Short drives also bring you to historic sites and huge caves with stalactites and stalagmites. We stayed four nights and loved every minute. Nothing to complain about—everything was absolutely perfect. 👌

We loved everything about Pagio. Surrounded by green and absolute peace, the cleaning is superb, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and both the room and bathroom are roomy. All comforts are provided. It’s close to Alghero and its beautiful beaches. The highlight was Mrs. Luisa, who was friendly and kind and arranged a fantastic breakfast served on a magnificent terrace. Definitely one of the best properties we booked.
