The communication was good. The rating is misleading: 8.4!!! Maybe it was that in 2017, but nine years have passed. We’re talking about a deteriorated guesthouse. We stayed in a ground‑floor room that was cold when we arrived, though it was partly fixed later. The shared kitchen is not part of the building and has no heating at all, so it’s practically unusable in winter. The bathroom and shower are moldy, and the toilet tank drips. The bed is so uncomfortable that the last time I slept on a similar mattress in the army, I didn’t have to pay. I recommend the owner spend a night there himself to see and experience what he offers for rent.
