Everything was perfect, except that a water filter should have been available. I loved everything—from the breakfast to the staff: Odaiara from reception, the cleaning staff, and Luísa at breakfast, who was simply wonderful and very polite.

The facilities and staff were good, but the location was inconvenient and there was no dining infrastructure.

The breakfast was fantastic – fresh, high‑quality food and the staff were genuinely attentive, plus the lobby looks really nice. The only real drawback is the location: it’s way out of the city centre, not what the website led us to expect, so you’ll need a car to get anywhere. A TV in the room would have been a nice finishing touch.
