The accommodation was unfortunately not clean. The toilet and shower were dirty and there was damage present. Moreover, the water did not drain properly from the sink, which was very unhygienic and annoying. For the price we paid, the room was absolutely not worth it.

The welcome was excellent and the staff were warm and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet with easy access. The hotel’s location was ideal for my needs. The fire door on every floor was noisy; a little lubrication on the hinges would fix it. There was no shower, so it was only moderately suitable for a disabled person.

The location was good, within fifteen minutes of Gare du Nord and on a quiet street just off Rue Lafayette. Plenty of shops and restaurants were nearby. A creaking door in the corridor was extremely irritating.

The location was good. The noise and the poor quality of the breakfast were disappointing.

The staff were polite and eager to help, doing everything they could to get me into my room quickly since I arrived early. One spot had a slightly peeled wallpaper on one bed.
