The rooms are cleaned every day; however, the pillows were uncomfortable and the TV only offered Chinese language.

The location was nice, but there was no room service, which disappointed me, and I had to complain for my room to be serviced.

The place was clean and close to the markets, with a good location. But when I arrived, even though I had a confirmed reservation, the front desk asked me to pay the full amount again until the payment from the site was received as a deposit, and the room had no window overlooking anything.

The only hotel that has an espresso machine and sugar is a plus. However, the real distance from the metro is 750 m, not 450 m as they claim. The rooms have no windows, and there was no option to select a window or no‑window room during booking; at reception they insisted that the reservation they saw was correct, and that my booking didn't have a choice, which wasn't their fault. The food was very poor and bland.
