The location is good, but a 5‑star hotel that doesn’t supply daily bottled water in the room? The 4‑ and 5‑star booking system is very confusing, and I ended up losing money on a cancellation because I thought I had booked a different hotel for my son.

“I was disappointed because the price was what I’d expect from a five-star hotel, but it felt more like a three-and-a-hal”

The view was lovely and breakfast was excellent; the staff were exceptionally polite and had a great sense of humour. There was an unpleasant smell in the room and throughout the hotel, probably because the windows on the higher floors couldn’t be opened, so the air‑conditioning system should be cleaned. The room, corridors, and second reception area also looked dated and in need of renovation.

“NO IR NUNCA!!!”

It’s only a three‑star place at best. Old, dirty… everything is bad! The worst value‑for‑money hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even though I travel a lot—HORRIBLE!!!

“The Melia hotel and staff are wonderful! Sagrada Família is seen from our room!”

The hotel is stunning and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, and the Level benefits are a huge plus. I’d also like to thank Inoa, Eric and Stefano at the front desk for their help when our electric wheelchair got lost at the airport for four days; they went above and beyond to arrange a replacement and assure us they’d support us. Thank you all.

The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive, making us feel truly special and welcomed. The room and facilities were outstanding, and I highly recommend booking a room or suite through The Level. The stay was flawless; I’ll recommend it to others.
