The best part of the accommodation is its central location in Split’s old town. The terrace was our highlight. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Some more attention to room maintenance and furnishings would be nice— the shower hose was loose and the toilet seats need replacing.

The spot is spot on for exploring Old Town, and walking from the paid parking into the pedestrian zone was a breeze. I really liked how the staff answered every question before we arrived and again when we checked in. The front of the building had a key‑code lock and an AirTag‑like device, making getting in both safe and simple. It was scorching during the week we were there, but the AC in the room was a lifesaver and everything else was super comfy. The only hiccup was that the night before we left I texted for checkout instructions and never heard back, which was weird, and we ended up leaving the keys in the door.

The terrace we had for ourselves and the comfort of the bed and pillows and the location were everything 😅

The location was great. There was no shampoo or conditioner.

The location was good. The shower in the spacious bathroom was fine, clean upon arrival. The room was old, the bed and pillows were not clean, and the surroundings were noisy.
