The location is central, close to the Rosarium and city center. The modern facilities are well maintained. We used the former breakfast room with a fridge and had pleasant communication for the key handover. The apartment is very noisy, and parking is only on the street.

The accommodation is in a nice spot about a minute from the Europe-Rosarium, charmingly furnished, and managed by a friendly lady who let me into the room after a phone call. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy my trip to the Rosarium, which I had been looking forward to for months, and I left home the first morning. I had a double room and the bathroom next to the bed had many black spots on the tiles and shower, likely mold. There was minimal ventilation, with only two windows at the far end, so fresh air near the bed was almost impossible. I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep all night and knew I would never have a pleasant time at the Rosarium. Additionally, my mother wanted to join for a few days, but despite mentioning it in a call and email, nothing was prepared, which is disappointing but not catastrophic. I also didn’t want to impose that situation on her. Beyond putting guests in a health‑risk situation, I find it shocking that I contacted the accommodation multiple times afterward and never received a response—no apology, no refund, no reassurance. Even with Booking, I’ve been in contact for almost a quarter of a year, and the place only replied once, with false statements, and then not again. I originally hoped for an apology and a refund for the night I spent under those conditions, and for them to see this as a reason to improve conditions for future guests. After almost three months of disappointment, I feel it’s only fair to leave this honest review.

The host was very friendly. I could safely store my bike in the garden, and in the evening I could sit comfortably outside the door.

I stayed just one night and everything was fine. The bath towel was obviously new and hadn’t been washed yet… I managed.
