“NOT SATISFIED!”

The food is fine. Crew are not. We feel not Welcome, i can't recommend to others and tourist The Front Staff can even give a nice and genuine smile. Not even some beautiful recommendation or suggetion specally with guest with kids insted she discourage guest that it takes time to make when we order. That't why we feel discourage. In 3 days of stay. We try to ask for Assistance for their appiliances (T.V) and they didn't even do anything to fix. In our last day they water supply get cut eve there's no water interruption. And we ask asstance again they didn't even do anything.they just wait for as to check out . I feel bad really bad for this kind of service thet we resived

There is a parking lot, but the bathroom had very little water.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient, but unfortunately, the wifi was extremely slow. Additionally, I encountered some issues with water leaking from the bathroom into the bedroom and unpleasant odors in the room. The staff also didn't seem very friendly, which added to the overall disappointment.

“perfect for visiting the city of Vigan”

My stay at this hotel had its pros and cons. On the plus side, I appreciated that it was situated outside the city, where parking wasn't a nightmare like it is in the city center. However, I was let down by the restaurant's specialty dish, "Shabu Shabu," which turned out to be overpriced hot water with some overcooked vegetables.
