Located 4 minutes from town centre shopping and dining, it's close to Warwick Golf Club and Allman Park Race Track, 1 hour south of Toowoomba. Air-conditioned rooms feature flat-screen TVs, kitchenettes, and tea/coffee facilities.

The hotel is on the right side of town, closest to my event. I found the property really rundown; the rooms were terrible and I couldn't sleep under the sheets, so I slept with my clothes on. The connecting door let me see the light from the unit next door, and all I could hear was their TV and people talking—no sleep at all, I was terrified.

What a night it’s been so far! We arrived to dirty cutlery, dirty beds, stained sheets, and even a nappy left in the room. The microwave was filthy, and the sink looked like it had mould growing in it. To top it all off, the lady next door kept banging on our door, making the whole experience even more uncomfortable. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. The cleanliness and condition of the room are nowhere near what you would expect when paying for accommodation. Thankfully, we’re only here for one night. We definitely won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on our experience.
