The spot sits just a bit above Lake Lucerne, which gave us gorgeous views

Everything was ok, but also some aspects were ok.
“Top verblijf!”
A beautiful, quiet mountain village! The people were very friendly, we were welcomed warmly. The surroundings were truly lovely. We were here for 2 nights on our way to Italy. The road to the hotel can be challenging but doesn’t take long. Tip: check when the bus goes up and down the mountain.
Everything was great! The host was genuinely friendly. The room was ordinary, yet the location was superb, especially if you have your own car. Walking around nearby might not offer much, but driving to the nearby stunning lake was easy. The hotel’s restaurant looked very nice, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The vibe was cozy and homey.
