Everything was excellent—the amenities you need were all there and every appliance worked perfectly, from the air‑conditioning and minibar to the TV, kettle, and hair‑dryer; the water was hot, which isn’t always the case in 2‑ or 3‑star hotels. The staff were spectacular, especially Fernanda, who was the friendliest person I dealt with. The location is ideal for being in the centre while still enjoying peace, and there’s a tiny taxi stand on the corner with fixed rates so you won’t get quoted random prices.
