“Excelente estancia con una vista espectacular”
The food, the room with a view, and the bed’s comfort were great. The only downside was that not all restaurants were open.
“False advertisement”
The room was tidy and the restaurant staff were friendly! The location is great if you want to stay away from other hotels. The restaurants were limited; the Mexican spot stayed closed for all five days we were there. The buffet was hit or miss, and the room‑service menu was sparse. When I went in July, the listing claimed there were five pools, which was false advertising. During my stay the hotel was shifting to an adult‑only resort, but that wasn’t disclosed before booking – no kid‑friendly services except perhaps a childcare center. There were no kids’ activities, the kids’ pool was closed… my 10‑year‑old was bored most of the trip. And don’t even mention the welcome chat that turned out to be a timeshare pitch… those $200 coupons were bogus with all the restrictions.
“No nos queríamos ir.”
An amazing stay at this resort, from the quick and smooth check‑in to the warm welcome. The room was super comfy and luxurious. There’s a wide range of restaurants, plenty of daytime and nighttime options, and the food is delicious. My favorite spot is Coco Café, always with its little posters and a huge selection of fresh, tasty coffee. The endless activities you can join provide loads of wellness and fun moments, pool games, marine, sports, shows, and parties. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and supportive during activities. I’d repeat this plan a thousand times.
“total deception for families - the water park was dismantled and management completely ignored us.”
Nothing. The main reason for our family vacation was completely unavailable. We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a family‑friendly resort with an active water park. When we arrived with our toddler, the water park was shut down and dismantled. We later learned the property was becoming an adults‑only hotel without telling us. They promised a manager would speak with us on day one, but they ignored us for the whole stay.
