I had a very good experience at the hotel, with no major complaints to report.

I was quite excited about this hotel based on the advertisement, but unfortunately, the actual experience didn't live up to my expectations. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle as I had to be transferred to a different hotel, Patel, despite already having my information. To make matters worse, the room didn't have a fridge or a cooler, and the bathroom was quite small. The price didn't seem justified considering the amenities.

The cleanliness and courtesy of the staff were truly commendable, but that's where the positives ended. The room was incredibly small, with hardly any space for luggage, and the air conditioning worked intermittently at best. The hotel's location in a peripheral area made it quite a trek to get to the city center, which took anywhere from 30 to over 60 minutes depending on traffic. To top it off, the breakfast was practically non-existent.
