It was an amazing place; the staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help when we needed it, and when the hot water stopped working I sent a message and they were on it within minutes and fixed it—truly an amazing experience with no negatives.

The place was absolutely immaculate and in a good spot; the shoebox outside was super handy and kept dirt and stones from getting inside, and we liked everything.

I chose this spot because it was close to everything we needed, and the pod itself was nicely fitted out. The place had everything you could ask for, stayed tidy, and felt contemporary.

The pods were super comfy and fully equipped, set in a beautiful countryside backdrop. A few tweaks could make it even better: a couple of outdoor chairs on the covered deck would be a nice touch, and the recycling bins could be more clearly sorted.

The pods and gardens were clean and well presented. I did have a couple of complaints: they asked us to take off our shoes before entering the pods, and I never saw the hosts again after arrival; there was no verbal or printed information about local attractions. I didn’t feel especially welcomed, but that’s personal; the nearby pubs were friendly and welcoming. We rested well, but I’d probably not return because I’m used to a warmer, more hospitable vibe.
