“Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!”
The bedding was clean, which was the only good thing. The key code was provided on request, but then the shock hit—the room was really shabby. It wasn’t just older furnishings as the email explained; it was genuinely worn out. The window, for instance, didn’t seal properly. There were hair and cobwebs in the bathroom, and every seam was covered in low‑lying mold. The email said the room had been personally inspected and some seams had been replaced only two weeks ago—laughable. The trash can was filthy with coffee grounds from the previous guest, which they claimed was normal wear and tear. They could have just wiped it. The contact person was completely uncooperative (even with photos) and insisted we book a pricier room—76 € per night—which I don’t feel is a good deal for the lack of cleanliness. We booked the room for a layover and cancelled immediately upon arrival. We found another place a kilometre away for 97 € per night, which included breakfast and was impeccably clean. The advertised bakery 50 m away for breakfast had already been closed for some time. All in all, stay away and don’t recommend it.
