Breakfast was very good, and the receptionist Aleph is always friendly and ready to help if you need anything. The room cleaning was lacking: sheets changed every 3 days and towels every two days.

Nothing good. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was damp and had a moldy smell. I asked for a room change, but no one helped. I moved to another hotel and still haven’t received a refund; I’m losing R$ 1.130,00 that I paid for the nights.

The hotel’s location is very good. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. The staff are unprepared and noisy. Cleaning is bad. The room‑cleaning schedule is unrealistic. The sheets are dirty. The air conditioners are malfunctioning. The staff are unprepared to work with guests.
