“We found a couple bed bugs in our room”

The variety was nice; bacon was greasy, coffee was good, but eggs were not good and dry.

“Worst Hyatt I’ve ever been in unfortunately.”

The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and helpful, and the streaming TV was great. Unfortunately, the bathroom had pink bacteria/mold on the ceiling, the window unit barely blew air so it took over six hours to drop two degrees, and I had to call the front desk because I thought the AC was locked at a temperature—nope, just bad airflow. The front desk lady brought a fan that helped a lot. The place was covered in ants, in the bathroom, all over the carpet, on the couch, and in the bed. For what I paid for this room I expected no bugs or mold. The bathroom was horribly designed because the toilet was a half inch from the door.

“We will be back !”

Everything! My kids wanted to swim in the morning before checkout, but the pool didn’t open until noon that day for some reason :(

I really enjoyed the layout with the divider between the sofa bed and bedroom. The ice machine was broken; it worked fine the first day but later had mechanical issues. Overall great stay.
