The lodge is very well equipped and very pretty. The décor around the 4 lodges and the natural pool is very nice. The person who welcomed us was very friendly. The path to the lodge was quite chaotic. No private parking, the car is in front on the path. Internet problems when we arrived but they moved us to a different lodge. It was cold at night and we felt cold because there was no blanket and we only realized late in the evening, so we didn’t dare to ask for one.
The tiny houses sit around a pool/cenote, surrounded by greenery, and the setting is charming just like the staff. Our accommodation didn’t have a microwave, but someone lent us one to reheat our pizzas. Plenty of space, a sofa, and an outdoor terrace – the best! Unfortunately, construction is happening nearby, which will eventually ruin the neighborhood, and it’s a bit far from the city center if you’re walking.
The lodge is very comfortable, the place is gorgeous and soothing, and we were lucky to see exotic birds, squirrels, lizards… The pool is fantastic! The only drawback is the location, which feels more like a road than a proper setting; when we arrived we were scared because the roads look like tracks, but once we passed the door and closed it, the place is truly paradise.
