We stayed for two nights with a large group, and the facilities were great. The toilets were clean and functional, though a few more kitchen utensils would have been useful.

The property is big enough for large groups, with three bedrooms all featuring bunk beds. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and the dining table with benches is spacious. Dogs are welcome, the beach is very close, and it’s a 30‑minute drive to Exeter. We had a great time. There was no TV, but that wasn’t a problem since we brought board games.
The location suited what we needed, and the beach at Exmouth was a 20‑minute walk away. The living area has a big table, but there isn’t much space for everyone to relax together, so it felt a bit ad‑hoc for a large group.
